Launchpad is the first UAE enterprise licensed to design, fund, and implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. As an Emirati founded platform, Launchpad's CSR charter is to align aspirations of public and private sectors towards sustainable economic and human capital development. Launchpad co-develops CSR programs, conducts management consulting, and incubates social enterprises by leveraging its network to create awareness and advocacy for impact driven initiatives.

Launchpad was inspired by participation in the Aspen Institute Middle East Leadership Initiative, which encourages Fellows to focus their efforts on enhancing their society and environment through impactful projects. In that spirit and by adhering to ISO 26000 guidelines, Launchpad's mission is to integrate social responsibility into the values and principles of stakeholders across the UAE.

PEPSICO UAE Innovation Challenge - As part of the UAE Innovation Week, PepsiCo UAE Innovation Challenge is a contest for UAE based youth that is organized in partnership with Launchpad to drive and foster a culture of innovation. It aims to recognize innovations that can improve the quality of life, drive the economy, and promote entrepreneurship.

Global Hybrid-Electric Challenge (GHEC) - The GHEC is a hands-on educational program for institutions of higher learning with engineering, science, business, and technology programs. Student teams apply engineering design principles and strategies to construct and race full-size electric and hybrid-electric cars. Teams from the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Egypt participated in this event supported by Khalifa University, the Global Education Energy Environment (Global EEE), and Launchpad.

Global Child Forum - An initiative by Their Majesties King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden, the GCF is an independent, global platform, which creates awareness of children's rights. GCF encourages multi-stakeholder partnerships for action, which will benefit the next generation, including states, companies, financial institutions, civil society, the UN and academia.

Tarjama - A female entrepreneurial empowerment program, which provides training and employment in translation services for Arabic speaking women to earn a home based income. This social enterprise was developed in partnership with UAE based Tarjama.

Greenbox - Delivered by Aramex subsidiary InfoFort, Launchpad is a strategic partner in supporting this office paper recycling program, which is provided at no cost to participant organizations.

Skillpowerment - Skillpowerment is a platform that aims to address the youth unemployment and poverty rates in the Middle East and Africa. The platform links youth organizations with companies to enable collaborative skills transfer thereby empowering youth and enabling stakeholders to develop the available pool of human capital. Launchpad is a founding partner of Skillpowerment.
